Terms of Service

Zingora Digital LLC (“Zingora Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a software company that develops and distributes consumer and professional applications. Contact: legal@zingoradigital.com

These terms apply to all Zingora Digital products, including but not limited to:

• MorphX™ — Universal File Converter for Windows and Android
• Zingora Messenger — Cross-platform messaging application
• This website (zingoradigital.com) and all related subdomains
• Any future products published under the Zingora Digital brand

One-Time Purchase: MorphX is sold as a one-time purchase. You are not enrolled in any subscription. The price you pay grants you access to the current version and all future updates to that version line, at no additional charge.

No Refunds After Download: Because MorphX is a digital software product that is immediately usable upon download, all sales are final once the app has been downloaded or installed. If you experience a technical issue, contact support@zingoradigital.com before requesting a refund through the store.

Device Limits: You may install MorphX on a reasonable number of devices that you personally own or control. This license is for your personal use and may not be shared, sublicensed, or resold.

Free Beta: During the beta period, MorphX may be available at no cost. The beta is provided “as-is.” When the paid version launches on the same store listing, the purchase price applies to new downloads only — existing installs are unaffected per store policies.

Account Creation: You must be at least 13 years old to create a Zingora account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an account and to keep it updated.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or are used for illegal purposes.

Free Service: Zingora Messenger is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers in the future with advance notice to existing users.

You agree not to use any Zingora Digital product to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software (except as expressly permitted by applicable law)
• Resell or redistribute our software without written permission
• Use automated tools to scrape, mine, or overload our services

All Zingora Digital software, branding, logos, names (including “MorphX,” “Zingora Messenger,” “Zingora Digital,” and the Zingora Digital shield logo), and content are the exclusive property of Zingora Digital LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. “MorphX™” and “Zingora Digital” are trademarks of Zingora Digital LLC.

Open Source Components: MorphX incorporates open-source software components (FFmpeg, Pandoc, 7-Zip, ImageMagick) which are subject to their own respective licenses. See our Open Source Notices for full attribution and license information.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZINGORA DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular file conversion will produce a specific result. File conversion outcomes depend on input file quality, format support, and device capabilities.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZINGORA DIGITAL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF FILES, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zingora Digital LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your use of our products in a manner not authorized by these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of our products shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will post the updated terms at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of our products after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes to paid products, we will provide at least 30 days advance notice.
