No data collection of any kind. MorphX is a fully offline, local application. It converts files using bundled engines (FFmpeg, Pandoc, ImageMagick, 7-Zip) that run entirely on your computer or Android device.

Specifically, MorphX does not:

• Upload your files or file contents to any server
• Collect usage analytics or telemetry
• Send crash reports
• Require or request an account, login, or email
• Use advertising identifiers
• Access your files except those you explicitly select for conversion
• Retain any record of what you convert

Microsoft Store and Google Play— purchases and payment processing are handled entirely by Microsoft and Google respectively. Zingora Digital does not receive your payment details. Purchase receipts and account information are governed by Microsoft’s and Google’s own privacy policies.

Data we collect:

• Email address — required to create an account and for login/password recovery
• Username / handle — your chosen display name within the app
• Phone number — optional, used only for SMS two-factor authentication
• Messages and contact lists — stored to enable multi-device access and message history
• Profile information — display name, profile picture if you choose to set one

What we do not collect:

• Real name, address, date of birth, or government ID
• Location data
• Payment information (not applicable — Messenger is free)
• Contacts from your device address book

Infrastructure:Messenger uses Supabase for authentication and data storage. Supabase’s privacy policy applies to data stored on their infrastructure. Data is stored in the United States.

Message storage: Messages are stored on our servers to enable sync across devices. We do not currently offer end-to-end encryption (this is planned for a future release). Do not send sensitive information through Messenger at this time.

For Zingora Messenger, we use collected data only to:

• Authenticate your account and keep it secure
• Deliver messages between users
• Provide account recovery via email or SMS
• Maintain the service and diagnose technical problems

We do not use your data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share it except as required by law.

MorphX: No data retained — nothing is ever collected.

Zingora Messenger: Account data and messages are retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing privacy@zingoradigital.com. Deletion is completed within 30 days.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format)

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@zingoradigital.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Our products are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at privacy@zingoradigital.com and we will delete it promptly.

We use industry-standard security practices to protect the data we store. Zingora Messenger accounts use encrypted password storage and support two-factor authentication. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at this URL with a revised effective date. For material changes affecting Zingora Messenger users, we will notify you via the email address on your account.
